1. Booking & Payment​

​

• A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your session/date.

• The remaining balance must be paid in full before or on the day of the shoot, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Payments can be made via bank transfer, UPI, or any mode agreed upon in advance.

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling

​

• If the client cancels the booking, the booking fee is non-refundable.

• Rescheduling is subject to photographer’s availability and must be communicated at least 7 days before the scheduled date.

• In the event of unforeseen circumstances (illness, emergencies, etc.), Starlight Photography reserves the right to reschedule or provide a suitable replacement photographer.

3. Copyright & Usage Rights

​

• All images remain the copyright of Starlight Photography.

• Clients are granted personal usage rights for sharing and printing.

• Commercial use, reproduction, or editing of the images without written permission is strictly prohibited.

• Starlight Photography reserves the right to use selected images for portfolio, website, social media, or promotional purposes unless agreed otherwise in writing.

4. Deliverables

​

• Edited images will be delivered within the agreed timeframe, depending on the type of shoot.

• Raw/unedited files are not provided under any circumstances.

• Final images will be delivered digitally via a secure online gallery, unless otherwise agreed.

5. Client Responsibility

​

• Clients are responsible for being punctual and prepared for the session.

• Any delays caused by the client may reduce the shooting time without affecting the agreed fee.

• Permission/access to locations, if required, is the responsibility of the client.

6. Photographer Responsibility

​

• Starlight Photography will use professional skills, equipment, and best efforts to capture high-quality images.

• While every care is taken, Starlight Photography shall not be liable for circumstances beyond control, including weather, accidents, or technical failures.

 

 

7. Liability

​

• Starlight Photography is not responsible for personal accidents, property damage, or injuries during the shoot.

• Liability is limited to the value of the booking fee paid.

​

 

8. Privacy

​

• Client information and photographs will be kept confidential and only used for agreed purposes.
