Cancellation & Refund Policy
At Starlight Photography, we value your time and commitment, and we do our best to provide a smooth booking experience. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully before booking a session.
1. Booking Fee / Advance Payment

A non-refundable booking fee (advance) is required to secure your session or event date.

This fee ensures your slot is exclusively reserved and cannot be refunded under any circumstances.
2. Client Cancellations

If the client cancels the booking:

The booking fee/advance is non-refundable.

Any additional amount paid beyond the booking fee may be refunded if the cancellation is made at least 14 days before the scheduled session.

Cancellations made less than 14 days before the session/event are non-refundable in full.

3. Rescheduling

Clients may request rescheduling of the session at least 7 days in advance, subject to photographer’s availability.

The booking fee will be carried forward to the new date (only once).

If rescheduling is requested less than 7 days before the shoot, a new booking fee may apply.
4. Photographer Cancellations

In the rare event Starlight Photography is unable to attend due to unforeseen circumstances (illness, emergencies, or technical issues):

The client will receive a full refund of all payments made, including the booking fee.

Alternatively, a suitable replacement photographer may be arranged with the client’s consent.

5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.
