Video Editing

As a professional photography service, we understand the importance of having a clear refund policy in place. Our policy is designed to ensure that our clients are satisfied with the final. In the event if the client is not satisfied we offer Partial Refund. However, if a client asks to cancels service after Booking Dates, No refund be offered. We encourage our clients to review our terms and conditions for more detailed information regarding our refund policy. Our Cancellation Duration will be 12Hrs. Before Shoot Starts, And Refund will be provided in CASH or through ONLINE PAYMENT Method according to Our convenience. The Duration of Refund will be within 12 Hrs. After Cancellation.

Terms & Conditions – Video Editing Services 1. Payment Policy • A 50% advance payment is required at the time of booking the service. • The remaining 50% must be cleared before delivery of the final edited video. • Payments are non-refundable once the editing work has started. 2. Delivery Timeline • Turnaround time will be mutually agreed upon before starting the project. • Delays due to client-side approvals, pending payments, or late submission of raw footage may extend the delivery timeline. 3. Revisions • The service includes [3] revisions (e.g., 2 revisions). • Additional revisions will be chargeable at ₹[250] per revision. • Major changes such as storyline alteration, sequence restructuring, or replacement of large portions of footage outside the agreed scope will be treated as a new project and charged separately. 4. Footage Submission • Clients must provide raw video files in the agreed format (MP4, MOV, etc.) along with any necessary references (logos, brand guidelines, music preferences, etc.). • Poor-quality or incomplete footage may affect the final output; the editor will not be held responsible for this. 5. Final Deliverables • Final edited video(s) will be delivered only after full payment has been received. • Deliverables will be provided in MP4 or MOV format unless otherwise agreed in advance. • Source project files (e.g., Premiere Pro, Final Cut, After Effects files) will only be shared if agreed upon and may involve an additional charge. 6. Copyright & Usage • The client retains rights to the original footage. • The editor reserves the right to showcase portions of the edited video in portfolio, social media, or promotional materials unless otherwise agreed in writing. • The client must ensure they have proper licenses for third-party content (music, stock footage, etc.) provided for editing. 7. Cancellation Policy • If the client cancels the project after work has started, the advance payment is non-refundable. • If the service provider cancels for any reason, the advance will be refunded in full. 8. Liability • The editor is not liable for loss/damage of raw footage provided by the client. • The editor is not responsible for delays caused by technical issues, natural calamities, or unforeseen circumstances.
