Event Photography & Videography

As a professional photography service, we understand the importance of having a clear refund policy in place. Our policy is designed to ensure that our clients are satisfied with the final. In the event if the client is not satisfied we offer Partial Refund. However, if a client asks to cancels service after Booking Dates, No refund be offered. We encourage our clients to review our terms and conditions for more detailed information regarding our refund policy. Our Cancellation Duration will be 12Hrs. Before Shoot Starts, And Refund will be provided in CASH or through ONLINE PAYMENT Method according to Our convenience. The Duration of Refund will be within 12 Hrs. After Cancellation.

1. Booking & Payment • A 50% advance payment is required at the time of booking to confirm the event date. • 30% of the total package amount is to be paid on the day of the shoot. • The remaining 20% must be cleared before the delivery of the final edited images/videos. • Bookings are considered confirmed only after receipt of the advance payment. 2. Cancellation & Refunds • The advance payment (50%) is non-refundable under any circumstances. • If the client cancels the booking within 30 days of the event, 80% of the agreed package must be paid. • In the rare case that the photographer cancels due to illness, emergency, or other unforeseen circumstances, a full refund of payments received will be issued, or a replacement photographer will be arranged (subject to availability). 3. Event Coverage • The photographer will make every effort to capture important moments; however, specific shots or individuals cannot be guaranteed. • The client is responsible for ensuring the event schedule is followed; delays may impact coverage. • Extra hours of coverage beyond the agreed package will be charged at an hourly rate. 4. Client Responsibilities • The client must obtain all necessary permissions from the venue or third parties for photography/videography. • Food and refreshments must be provided to the photographer and crew if coverage exceeds 6 hours. • Travel expenses, lodging (if required), and other out-of-town charges are to be borne by the client. • The client must ensure a safe and suitable environment for photography at the event venue. 5. Image Delivery • Final edited photographs/videos will be delivered digitally within 4–6 weeks after the event. • Delivery timelines may vary slightly depending on the volume of work and event size. • RAW/unedited files will not be shared under any circumstances. 6. Copyright & Usage • All images and videos remain the copyright of the photographer. • The client receives a personal-use license (printing, sharing on social media, family/friends). • Any commercial use, resale, or third-party usage requires prior written consent and may incur additional fees. • The photographer reserves the right to use selected images for portfolio, website, and promotional purposes, unless the client requests otherwise in writing. 7. Liability • In case of equipment failure, theft, accident, or any circumstances beyond the photographer’s control, liability will be limited to a refund of monies received.
